24/7 Mass Contractors Academy offers a hybrid class and a 12-hour in-person classroom course to make completing your continuing education an easy and hassle-free process. The hybrid class option contains the online 6-Hour Massachusetts Contractor Online Renewal Course (Approval #CS-020708) and your choice of one day of classroom training (Approval #CS-02070 or #CS-020706). Construction Supervisor License holders must complete a Lead Safe Practices course ONLY for their first renewal cycle. We will only offer this topic in our 6 Hours Online course. Lead Safe Practices will NOT be taught during any live class. Please select an option for 6 Hours Online + 6 Hours Live when purchasing to ensure you have your Lead Safe Practices topic requirement met before renewal if it is your first renewal cycle.

What happens after I purchase the Hybrid or Classroom course?

Online Course: You will receive a receipt via email with a link to start your online 6- hour course. You can complete the course at your own pace. Once you pass the course, you will immediately be able to print your 6-hour certificate.

Hybrid Course: You will receive a receipt via email with a link to start the 6-hour online course. You can complete the online course at your own pace. Once you pass the course, you will immediately be able to print your 6-hour certificate. We will also automatically enroll you in the classroom course for the date and location you chose during checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many hours of continuing education do I need?
Unrestricted Construction Supervisors (license number begins with CS) are required to take 12 hours, Restricted Licenses (license number begins with CSFA) are required to take 10 hours, and Specialty Licenses (starting with CSSL) are required to take 6 hours. Starting 1/1/18 Unrestricted and Restricted licenses are required to take 4 hours of Code Review, 1 hour of Workplace Safety, 1 hour of Business Practices/Workers Compensation, 1 hour of Energy, and 1 hour of Lead Safe Practices as part of the 12- or 10-hour continuing education requirement. All of our classroom, and hybrid packages meet these new requirements. Click here to view our state approval letter.

How often do I need to take continuing education?
You are required to take continuing education every 2 years. For example, if your license expires on July 30, 2020, you will need to take your continuing education anytime between August 1, 2018 and July 30, 2020.

Do you have any 10 hour Hybrid or Classroom options for the Massachusetts Construction Supervisor Restricted License?
Currently Restricted Licenses must take one of our 12 hour options.

Do you have any 6 hour course options for the MA Construction Supervisor Specialty License?
The only option we currently offer for the 6 hour specialty license is our 6 hour online course.

Are these courses good for pre-licensure coursework hours?
These CE courses are used for CURRENT licensees renewing an existing license. These courses should not be used as a pre-license course to get the license for the first time.

How long do I have to complete my online course?
